As the Governor of the Murmansk Region Andrei Chibis said during the meeting, a number of applications from investors planning to develop their business projects in the Arctic for the status of residents of the advanced special economic zone "Capital of the Arctic" and the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation were approved recently.

The ASEZ residents will include two companies that are Novatek's contractors.
