The fourth resident of the priority development territory "Capital of the Arctic" was LLC "Sea Terminal TULOMA" with a project to build a modern competitive specialized bulk cargo terminal and ensure its operation in the seaport of Murmansk.

"This is one of the anchor projects of the priority development territory, which will be implemented in Mesopotamia. The volume of investments will be more than 12.5 billion rubles. The project is certainly promising and important, as the production of mineral fertilizers in our country has a steady growth trend. It should be noted that manufacturers of these products are implementing the task set by the president to reorient the transshipment of their products from foreign terminals, primarily located in the baltic states, to sea terminals in russian ports", said Olga Kuznetsova, deputy governor of the Murmansk region.

The terminal is planned to be put into operation in march 2023, with a capacity of 4 million tons per year with the possibility of increasing to 6 million tons. 249 new jobs will be created.
to date, residents of the top "Capital of the Arctic" are also LLC "Novatek-Murmansk", LLC "Terminal Udarnik "and LLC " Renaissance Arctic". The total investment exceeds 95 billion rubles.
